We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with several underground stations nearby making it easy to reach the city center in no time. The train station was also very close, which was convenient for exploring further afield. We loved being down by the river, it added a lovely atmosphere to our stay. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious too, with a variety of options to choose from.
The noise from a nearby wedding reception that went on late into the night.

The staff were very good. The night receptionist handled a noise complaint promptly. The view from my balcony was lovely, despite the cold weather. The executive room was surprisingly spacious and had a fantastic view. The beds were large and super comfortable. The breakfast had a great selection and good quality food. The hotel was in an ideal location for trips into central London and had beautiful views over the canal. It was also very close to Kew Gardens and nearby underground stations, making it easy to explore the city.

We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn. The location was convenient for our business trip and the hotel was really nice. The room was nothing messy, and the housekeeping was faultless. The staff was helpful and friendly, going out of their way to accommodate our needs. We also enjoyed the restaurant and bar with reasonably priced and delicious food. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

We stayed at this place for a few nights and we found it to be a great choice. The location was excellent as we enjoyed the lovely views along the river. The service was top-notch, we must say - from the staff at the reception desk to the breakfast staff in the morning - all were very courteous and helpful.
